Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowreach sales automation platform ("Service"), operated by ("Flowreach", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Flowreach is a B2B sales automation platform that helps businesses find qualified leads, send personalised email outreach, and track their sales pipeline. The Service includes lead discovery via Google Maps, AI-powered lead scoring, email outreach automation, and pipeline management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Core features will not be removed without prior communication to active users.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at yy@flowreach.work if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain one account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Plans, Payment, and Refunds

Flowreach offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), exclusive of applicable taxes.

• Billing: Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the lead quality within the first 7 days of your first paid month, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
• Yearly Plans: Refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime by reaching out to us. We will process the cancellation within 24 hours. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We will notify you before any suspension.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Anti-Spam Laws: You must not use Flowreach to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages that violate PDPA (Malaysia), CAN-SPAM (US), or GDPR (Europe). Flowreach enforces volume caps and only contacts business email addresses for legitimate B2B purposes.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or any purpose that could harm Flowreach's reputation or infrastructure.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the lead data you import or generate through the platform.
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of outreach channels complies with the terms of service of those channels (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

5. Intellectual Property

The Flowreach platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Flowreach and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of your lead data, campaign content, and business information that you provide to or generate through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flowreach provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead quality or outreach results will meet your expectations.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
