Flowreach ("we", "us", or "our") operates the sales automation platform at flowreach.work. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

We collect only the information needed to provide our service:

• Demo form — name, company name, WhatsApp number, email address, and your sales challenges
• Account information — email address and company name when you sign up
• Usage data — login timestamps and feature usage records to improve the platform

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, or health information.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used only to deliver and improve the Flowreach service:

• To process and respond to demo requests
• To provide and operate the platform
• To send service-related notifications (account, billing, feature updates)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not train AI models on your data.

3. Where It's Stored

Your data is hosted on the following services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in Singapore and United States)
• Railway — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — request that we update or fix any inaccurate data
• Delete — request that we delete your personal data from our systems

Flowreach uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in while using the platform. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies.

6. PDPA Compliance
